Offerings

The Thomas River Village has two self-catering cottages situated next to each other and with a view over the village.
The Station Master’s House has 4 rooms with a capacity for 14 people.
The Station Forman’s House has 3 rooms with a capacity for 12 people.

We have a third self-catering unit situated in the renovated "Cow Shed". This unit consists of two rooms, a bathroom, a small lounge, and basic self-catering facilities.

The closest Dr and Hospital is situated in Stutterheim which is 30km from the Thomas River Historical Village.

What to Expect

Self-catering houses come with bedding & towels

There are no heaters and no air-conditioning in the self-catering houses

Some bedrooms have fire places in the self-catering houses

There are braai facilities at the self-catering houses

There are basic kitchen facilities with a fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster & 2 plate gas hob
